Buying advice
- Match the pump to the depth and airflow requirements of your diffuser or air driven filter. A nominal output and a maximum lift are separate ratings, not a promise of that output at every depth.1
For nano tanks and small aquariums
Consider the air100 when you need one direct air line and its nominal 100 l/h output suits the connected device. A small tank does not by itself establish the airflow needed.2
For deep tanks
The air200 lists a 2 m maximum lift. Check the pump and diffuser instructions against the depth where you will place the air device before choosing it.1
For running several devices from one pump
Choose the air200 when you want two separate air lines connected directly to one pump. Its two outlets avoid needing to split a single outlet for those two lines.1
For large tanks and fish rooms
Consider the air400 for its higher nominal output of 400 l/h and two direct air outlets. Choose by the connected devices and their depth rather than tank size alone.3
